readers' views Kentucky should revoke ban on gay marriage In 1996, I wrote a letter to the editor that expressed my feelings that Congress and then President Bill Clinton should be ashamed for passing and signing the Defense of Marriage Act. I write this time to express my surprise and joy in last week's Supreme Court's ruling striking down DOMA in part. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court's ruling did not go far enough.
