(Source: Prime Minister's Office of Spain) Following three days of intense negotiations, the Council of EU Agriculture Ministers reached a political agreement in the early hours of Wednesday morning that will enable the negotiation process surrounding the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) to be concluded.
