MAGALANG -- The Pampanga Agricultural College (PAC) is now preparing requirements to gain its full status as state university. PAC president Honorio M. Soriano Jr. said they should submit the requirements to a panel of evaluators, which will make an assessment if the university is ready to become a state university. The Commission on Higher Education (Ched) has given PAC until January 16, 2016 to prepare for its conversion.
